Top Ten Tuesday (Jan 8)

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. Each week a question or theme is given and bloggers are encouraged to create a Top Ten list. Anyone is welcome to join. Just link up at The Broke and the Bookish and check out all other participants Top Ten lists for the week. It's a fun way to get to know other bloggers and learn interesting facts about them, books, and characters.

This Week's Theme: Top Ten Bookish Goals For 2013

1. Read more from my favorite authors.
2. Read more paranormal/urban fantasy this year. I didn't hit this genre enough in 2012.
3. Listen to more audio books. Really need to develop a habit of listening. I just love reading the print myself. I guess I'm selfish.
4. Finish a few series I’ve started. Joined Auntie Spinelli's challenge for inspiration.
5. Read more of the free downloads than I actually download on my Kindle. The TBR is out of control.
6. Read at least one Stephen King book. I know sad to admit, I have never read any of his books. Any suggetions?
7. Start Janet Evanovich’s Wicked series. I love her Stephanie Plum series and have heard varying reviews, but figure I should try it myself. Books one and two are out.
8. Host a read-along on my blog. Thinking about Life of Pi.
9. Read a classic. Not sure which one, but it’s been too long that I haven’t devoted any time to a classic. Joined Sarah's Classics Challenge so hopefully I will be inspired by other.
10. Start a book club. In real life. I've belonged to a couple before that have pittered out and figured I should take the lead and get one going. I find them very satisfying and fun.

  1. One of my resolutions was to stop downloading more free ebooks until I actually read down the books I've already downloaded. It's out of control!!! :D
